About Tim Meador

Tim is a purpose-driven leader with a deep passion for helping organizations reach their full potential. Over the course of his career, he has led multi-site manufacturing and service operations across the United States and Mexico. Moreover, his expertise expands overseas, consulting in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Russia, and the Czech Republic. Through these experiences, Tim has developed a strong ability to build cohesive teams through revitalizing underperforming operations, guiding change.

In addition, he is recognized for quickly assessing organizational challenges and developing actionable strategies that deliver measurable results. Whether through cost reduction, capacity optimization, or productivity improvement - organizational development is his key expertise. Beyond operations, Tim fosters cultures grounded in integrity, open communication, and shared accountability.

Ultimately, his leadership style promotes collaboration, transparency, and a unified vision for success. With a proven record across both domestic and international markets, Tim has consistently led large-scale initiatives that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and lasting cultural change.

About Jim Pastori

With more than thirty-five years of experience spanning accounting, finance, and supply chain management, Jim brings a deep understanding of what drives operational and financial success. His background includes twenty-eight years in the automotive industry and two decades in high-volume precision stamping and metal forming. Over the course of his career, he has helped grow and manage two machine tool build companies and spent twenty-five years in executive leadership roles within market-leading, profitable manufacturing organizations.

Jim holds a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Walsh College, and a Master of Science in International Business from Baker College.

Tom Gallucci

About Tom Gallucci

Tom was born and raised in Wolcott, Connecticut, where he began his manufacturing career in high school, focusing on tool and die work. After completing his apprenticeship at Barratt Tool Company, he launched his professional path as an Eyelet Tool Maker, specializing in deep draw technology. Over the years, he has advanced through various managerial and director-level roles, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, technical skill, and deep expertise in precision forming and deep draw applications.

In 2017, Tom relocated to Southwest Michigan. Since then, he has overseen operations while leading a team of highly skilled engineers specializing in mechanical press systems and advanced deep draw tool design. Under his leadership, the team continues to drive innovation: developing new tooling and process design approaches that improve performance, boost efficiency, and enhance precision in ammunition manufacturing.

About Dave Pagels

Dave has over 35 years of experience in executive management in both engineering and sales. Much of his career has been in the automotive industry which included considerable experience with offshore companies. In addition to the automotive industry, he has also worked with defense, industrial and appliance industries. His major objective is to work with the Bliss team to grow their customer base while maintaining the Bliss brand as a leader in the industry.

While attending the University of Toledo for a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technologies, Dave completed a tool and die apprenticeship and received a certification from the National Tool & Die and Precision Machining Association.
